Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics were invited by Parkeray to tender for the refurbishment of the specialist acoustic ceilings in the Hiscox offices & canteen of levels 9 & 10, at Twentytwo, Bishopsgate, in central London. The 62-storey building, which is the second tallest building in London, contains numerous offices, a viewpoint, gym and restaurant.
The Solution
Pacy and Wheatley Acoustics supplied and installed 170m2 of Rockfon Mono Acoustic across the bar, hotel lobby, and meeting room. This class A sound absorber not only controls reverberation levels and white noise but also creates a pleasant ambience and peaceful environment. Its suitability for a hotel setting ensures that customers can relax and enjoy the comfort of the facilities, instilling confidence in the proposed solution.
Bowiq Acoustic Plaster London
The Project
Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics have recently completed a phased installation to 2 towers in Canary Wharf, London. We have installed 1500m2 of Bowiq Acoustic Plaster on the East and West towers through a phased installation and have just completed phase 2 with great results.
The floors shall be used as office space and required reverberation control to regulate unwanted sound. The client design team needed a system that can be installed onto the steel galvanised corrugated rib deck structure and required special colour, Terracotta blue and a light green for the theme of the spaces.
Hotel Ceiling Installations, Oxford
Project Description
Delmond Construction invited Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics to tender for installing a specialist acoustic ceiling at a brand-new hotel renovation. The former department store is set to become a luxury 4-star hotel located in the centre of Oxford. The Boswells store started trading in 1738 and was the second oldest family-owned department store in the world. The refurbishment will transform the store into a hotel with 101 rooms, a ground-floor restaurant, a bar, and an office space.

Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics were invited by Parkeray to tender for the installation of a specialist acoustic ceiling in the offices of levels 2 & 3 of 10 Fenchurch Avenue, London. The 15-storey building, located in the heart of London, contains numerous offices, a stylish restaurant, and a roof garden for the occupants of the building to relax in.
Hotel Acoustic Ceiling Installation London
Bowiq Acoustic Plaster System London
The Project
Pacy & Wheatley are proud to have completed the installation of a Cellulose Bowiq acoustic plaster system at Canary wharf, London. The main works were being carried out by Main contractors Mace with the Drylining/ceiling contractor being Integra Contracts Ltd.
As part of the ongoing development refurbishment for the Northern Trust Financial services and investments, we were asked to help bring the spaces into a modern, state of the art office facility. Acoustic requirements became evident and our product was sprayed direct to the Rib deck at a 40mm thickness in one visit giving class A absorption to the spaces as required. The building has a large reception area which manages the security of the building and the 11 floors which works are being carried out upon, with various areas requiring the system.
The areas concerned were quiet spaces which required acoustical treatment.
Office Acoustic Ceiling Installation London
The Project
Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics were invited by Integra Contracts to tender for the installation of a specialist acoustic ceiling on a project called Skysail, in Central London. The building located on Berkeley Street, is opposite the famous Ritz Hotel. This was the second time Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics have worked in the prestigious building, having recently finished a project working alongside Parkeray Interiors.Specialist Acoustic Plaster Leicester
The Project
Pacy & Wheatley have recently completed the installation of a Rockfon Acoustic Mono system for Leicester FC. The 185-acre, state of the art sports training facility is located in Seagrave, Leicestershire and was designed by KSS Architects who are world-leading specialists in designing sports venues and training centres.
The site required the installation of the Rockfon Mono system to various spaces including, the hydrotherapy pool area, changing rooms and the Owners Suite. The system was chosen for its exceptional sound control and ability to deliver an aesthetically pleasing, smooth and seamless finish.
