Pacy & Wheatley
Group Performance
Gross Profit has increased 278% to £ 1.7 m. I am happy to report a return to historic performance in the year to 31 December 2024, with good levels of profitability across the Group. Turnover is slightly reduced from the previous year; however, the consolidation plan of 2024 has been achieved whilst maintaining Turnover, and profitability has returned. Cash at Bank Increased 82% to 6.8m. We can provide the Performance Bonds that clients require; we see this as fundamental.
We will continue our approach to business, based upon good clients with considered projects, managed effectively without compromise, trusting our core team of professional people using proven, stable and trusted partners. We remain committed to delivery through our people’s can-do attitude, and de-risking projects in partnership with our clients. The increase in employers’ National Insurance and other government-led legislation & taxes will be a challenge this year, particularly in the face of investment uncertainty coupled with delays in both the Planning and Building Safety Act areas.
The order book for 2025 is healthy across all 4 Divisions, with a pipeline that is building strongly for the next few years ahead. We remain bullish and committed to providing high-quality builds for our clients.
