Rockfon Mono TE System London
Acoustic Ceiling Installation
- Procurement Method:
Oxford Street, London
Pacy & Wheatley are due to commence the installation of the Rockfon Mono TE system, as part of the exciting new refurbishments taking place at The Parcels Building on Oxford Street, London. It has been part of the Selfridges neighbourhood since 2011 and the new renovations will include a combination of offices and high profile retail spaces. FORA is the leader in cultural co-working spaces and the upper 6 floors of the building are being transformed into flexible premium workspaces.
Pacy & Wheatley were invited to tender for the installation of Acoustic ceilings, including the selected Rockfon Mono TE System, at the FORA Selfridges Building. The architects wanted to include an acoustic product within rooms across 6 floors of the building as these rooms are very spacious and they designed the workspaces to infuse calm while encouraging productivity.
After a lot of deliberation and tenders submitted for 3 different Acoustic solutions, the Rockfon Mono TE System was chosen due to the Class A absorption it provides. We have been appointed by Collins Construction to carry out the works across the 6 floors and will be working long hours to ensure the job is finished on time and to a vey high standard.
The Rockfon Mono TE System with Elegant render was chosen because of the seamless finish it provides, creating a modern minimalist finish which is perfect for the design of the building. We expect to be on this project for the next 15 weeks or so and are looking forward to working with Collins Construction and creating a good working relationship with them.
