The Project
Pacy & Wheatley have been asked to provide a tender submission for the refurbishment and installation of a specialist acoustic plaster system at 78 St James Street in the heart of London. The Grade II listed building was previously the headquarters for HSBC’s private bank and is now home to various businesses. We have been instructed by Maris to install our seamless acoustic plaster systems to the 2nd floor which is home to Schonfeld Strategic Advisors.
78 St James Street was built in circa 1840 and is undergoing renovations to all 9 floors including a pavilion extension and rooftop terraces. Our works have now begun and will be complete in a matter of weeks.
The Solution
The Rockfon Mono TE Acoustic system was discussed and quoted by Pacy & Wheatley to solve the reverberation issues and create a controlled ambience within the spaces. We are instructed by Maris to install the seamless acoustic plaster to 85m2 with the new Elegant render which will create an excellent finish on the ceilings.
The system is a Class A absorber and will remove any white noise making the spaces comfortable Acoustically. We are looking forward to seeing the end result.
