Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics is delighted to announce that it has recently finished work at Leicester City FC's state-of-the-art 185-acre training complex in Seagrave, Leicestershire.
The acoustic ceiling project focused on the installation of the world-class Rockfon Acoustic Mono System, which was fitted in a range of settings within the training complex, including the hydrotherapy pool area, changing rooms and the Owners Suite. In total, around 430m² was fitted throughout the sports venue.
As a world-class sports complex, the client needed an acoustic plaster solution befitting the establishment while the logistical challenges stemmed largely from integrating with the incredible facilities already designed by leading sports venue specialists KSS Architects. The detailed planning phases ensured that lighting and access hatches were added in the appropriate locations.
The final results provide a clean, aesthetically pleasing, and seamless finish that works perfectly with the world-class surroundings of the Leicester City training complex while also meeting the health and safety requirements of a Premier League football club.
The practical acoustic ceiling solution provides Class A sound absorption capabilities throughout key parts of the sports facility, and is set to deliver a quality service for many years to come. Leicester City needed a reputable specialist in the industry to guarantee all deliverables would meet expectations. Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics is proud to have satisfied those requirements.
