Stunning Jersey Home Receives Specialist Acoustic Works

We are excited and proud to have completed another challenging project, this time we were required in Jersey to carry out specialist acoustic works in two separate, yet adjoining spaces consisting of a swimming pool ceiling and a cinema room. It was essential that reverberation and sound within both spaces was controlled.

The cinema room was a particular challenge because it had a 3 tier ceiling. As such, acoustic absorption was vital to ensure that unwanted reverberation could be effectively removed.

The project was able to completed over two visits to the site in Jersey. The first visit was used to complete work on the swimming pool ceiling which had a coffered design, a challenge in itself. A part of the brief was that as well as installing the acoustic system, we were also to include the installation of twinkle lights to enable the pool to transform into a party venue with an electric floor.

Overall, the project was a success and met the client's brief. Users can enjoy the cinema room without being disturbed by unwanted sounds and sound also does not travel from the swimming pool to other parts of the property.
We were able to complete within the desired budget whilst also delivering a high-quality solution. The client is thrilled with the final results and delighted that everyone can now get the full level of enjoyment from both spaces.
