A new residential building is being created by SMC Property, with CField Construction as the principal contractor. The scheme comprises 110 apartments offering magnificent views over the River Thames and London skyline. It is built over ten storeys, with the ground floor creating 1095m2 of flexible office space targeted at the SME market.
The Solution
