Wates Drylining asked Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics to tender for installing a specialist acoustic spray within the sustainable, high-quality Lab space and office spaces to be created at Capital Park, Fulbourn, Cambridge, with the Principal contractor Wates Construction.

Capital Park, once complete, will be a specialised park that will focus on providing work areas for fast-growing businesses and a next-generation development to support the UK’s Innovation economy. The location is close to Cambridge's town centre, which is renowned worldwide for its innovation and university excellence.

The end user/developer Longfellow's real estate partners are experts in this field of providing excellence in science facilities, which adds to their 16 million square foot portfolio.
