Project Description
Pacy & Wheatley acoustics were invited by Roskel to tender for the installation of a specialist acoustic ceiling in the new restaurant at The Hurlingham Club, Fulham, London. The Hurlingham Club is an exclusive social and athletic club that was founded in 1869. The club is recognised as one of the world's finest private members' clubs and boasts 42 acres of land, several private swimming pools, tennis courts, croquet lawns and an exclusive restaurant.
The Solution
After detailed discussions between Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics and Roskel, it was agreed that 311m² of Rockfon Mono Acoustic would be supplied and installed. This specific product was selected as it provides a high level of acoustic control and it is great for absorbing unwanted noise and controlling reverberation, making it perfect for members looking to unwind in the restaurant area of the club. Beyond its acoustic performance, Rockfon Mono Acoustic offered a visually superior finish that met the project's architectural and design requirements. Its smooth, seamless aesthetic integrates effortlessly into the club's elegant interior scheme, complementing the high-end finishes and décor elements. This made it the ideal choice for achieving both acoustic excellence and design harmony within a premium leisure setting.
The Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics team are proud to have collaborated with Roskel on this successful project and looks forward to delivering more outstanding results together in the future.
