Project Description
BPC Interiors appointed Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics to deliver a high-performance acoustic ceiling solution for Allen & Overy's new office spaces at 2 Broadgate, adjacent to Liverpool Street Station. This flagship development forms a key part of the Broadgate campus, setting new standards for modern workplace environments.
Covering 254,000 sq ft, the building has been delivered with sustainability at its core. The acoustic solution contributes to this vision by supporting material efficiency and long-term performance, in line with Allen & Overy's commitment to reduce carbon emissions by 50% by 2030.
The Solution
Following detailed discussions with BPC Interiors, Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics were appointed to supply and install 3,342m² of Bo-Spray at Allen & Overy. The works will extend across 10 floors, covering both office areas and communal spaces.
Bo-Spray is a water-based acoustic spray, manufactured from recycled cellulose and is available in a wide range of colours—three of which are being used on this project. Specifically designed to minimise echo and reduce background noise, it is an ideal solution for offices, restaurants and studios, where creating a comfortable and controlled acoustic environment is essential. Its refined finish also delivers excellent aesthetics without compromising on performance.
The team at Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics are delighted to continue their collaboration with BPC Interiors and looks forward to successfully delivering another high-quality project.
