The Project
Pacy and Wheatley Acoustics have completed an installation of their Rockfon Mono Acoustic product in Diss, South Norfolk. Diss Corn Hall is a Popular Entertainment venue open since 1854 and has been recently refurbished as part of a heritage triangle.
The building now offers a wider range of activities during the evenings and days with new bar and cafe which will be open daily, there was going to be issues with regard to reverberation to the existing areas being the Waveney room, main concert room and the council meeting chambers all of which required acoustic absorption to nullify the reverberation issue encountered previously.
The Solution
Pacy and Wheatley quoted to and were appointed to install our Rockfon Mono acoustic product which offers a class A absorption class and was perfect for the project as we can achieve many details with the product due to our many years working in the industry, with the different applications in the 3 different areas the outcome was a great job and another 1st class installation and a happy client and problem solved.
The project was completed on time and to budget for the client and he has said within his testimonial below.
Testimonial
“Late Change by the architect left date for completion at risk, Pacy and Wheatley tendered, worked around other trades, long hours and assisted in ensuring the works did not delay the project”
